The service
Redbridge Outreach service provision is part of WDP Redbridge which includes R3 integrated substance misuse service, Fusion young person’s substance misuse service and BeWize young person’s sexual health service. WDP has been supporting residents in Redbridge since April 2018 and through the various provisions offers a broad range of recovery orientated, high quality services to meet their needs
