Could you be Key?
Due to ongoing growth and service development, we are recruiting Support Workers who will join our established teams in Sauchie to provide high quality individualised support to adults and young people in transitions who have a range of disabilities and support needs.
Successful candidates will have a positive attitude and commitment towards making a difference to the lives of the people we support.
On a day to day basis we support people with all aspects of their lives including; personal care, taking care of their home and finances, developing and maintaining full and active participation in their community. A commitment to a person centred approach is essential and experience of working with people with disabilities is desirable.
If you would like to get involved in support work but cannot commit to a contract because you have other commitments, we also have opportunities to join our register of relief workers. This will mean you can work in a way that best suits you and fits with your life.
Applicants must be prepared to work flexibly as part of the team to meet the needs of the people who use our service. Supports will include work in the evenings and weekends as well as sleepovers and waking nights.
Key provides excellent professional supervision, support and training, including access to the SVQ Framework and a chance to really make a difference to people’s lives.
