  • Hermiston Quay, Edinburgh
  • Closing 2nd April 2021

  • Advertised from 22nd March 2021

Role

The specific purpose of the role is to work with the Head of Fundraising and Major Gifts Manager to create, develop and implement meaningful cultivation opportunities to deepen engagement with our supporters and ultimately increase donations.

You will assist the Major Gifts Manager in the implementation of the overarching strategy for Major Gifts, and the pipeline of prospects that feed into Major Gifts (donors giving at £1,000+ over a year). This will ensure a joined-up approach to Major Donor engagement from identification, through to recruitment, thanking and stewardship.

The Major Gifts Executive role’s focus is on delivering the strategy for those giving at the lower – mid range of Major Gifts (£1K - £6K), as well as ensuring there is an ongoing analysis and development of how we continue to develop and increase support from these donors.

You will support the activity to develop new networks of major donors to drive our charitable work
