We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace and especially welcome applications from women of colour.

Furthermore, the role will aim to widen access and inclusion of BME staff and volunteers within the helpline team.

As this post involves reaching out to and effectively engaging with BME communities, knowledge of or lived experience of issues facing BME communities would be an advantage.

Rape Crisis Scotland is the national organisation working on sexual violence in Scotland. We work in partnership with the 17 member Rape Crisis Centres across Scotland and run the national Rape Crisis Scotland helpline.

This post is funded by the UK Government until June 2022.
