We are looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to provide specialist leadership and a high-quality local facilities management service to RNIB’s Edinburgh and Glasgow offices.
What You'll Be Doing
As the Regional Facilities Manager, you will develop and deliver plans for facilities and property management that meets the needs of RNIB, ensuring both sites deliver a safe, efficient, and comfortable working and living environment for staff and service users and adhere to all regulatory and legislative requirements.
As the Site Responsible Person for the sites, you’ll ensure all Health & Safety and Business Continuity issues are managed effectively and act as the responsible person for fire legislation.
What you’ll need to succeed in this role
The successful candidate will have a proven and successful background in multi-site facilities management, alongside experience at a management level of developing and managing a facilities management service in a large and complex organisation to deliver excellence for customers.
Experience of leading and managing a team and developing effective systems for monitoring and measuring business performance is essential. You will also need knowledge of the legislative framework and good practice in health and safety and issues that arise in managing service properties.
