Due to expanding our team, we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to support young people into employment in Dundee. The successful candidate will have worked in a trade with experience in a range of construction areas, as well as supporting apprentices within the workplace.

Key responsibilities in the role include:

  • Deliver foundation training in a range of trades up to SQA Intermediate 1 level, relevant to accessing a career and related employment.
  • Provide Health & Safety training and be aware of Health & Safety Policies with your responsibilities to the learner group undergoing training.
  • Provide continuous monitoring and evaluation of students throughout training and provide information to keyworkers on learners’ progress.
  • Create an inclusive environment where the voices of young people are heard and respected.
