Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Scotland is a national, award-winning, innovative and highly respected third sector organisation, providing family support and clinical, innovation and research projects for all individuals in Scotland, of any age, who are affected by spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus.
Our current Chief Executive is retiring following 30+ highly successful years of developing the organisation to its current high status. We are now looking for an innovative and inspiring leader to continue our strategic journey to ensure we continue to drive exceptional direct services and innovation in the future. The Role
As the Chief Executive you will be a strategic thinker, who can bring a skillset of effective communicator, relationship builder, influencer and strategic planner to lead the organisation, with the ability to engage and influence partners within the wider health and social care system in Scotland to meet the needs of our citizens.
You will be accountable to the Board of Directors and report directly to the Chair. The postholder will be supported by a highly experienced Senior Management Team to deliver a high performing service that is efficient and accessible to all.
