Role

Do you want to work for a caring organisation that believes in people?

Do you want to make a difference?

We currently have a Recovery Coordinator vacancy (fixed term for 1 year). Successful candidates will be required to work closely with Falkirk Council Justice Service and will manage a caseload of Service Users involved with the Justice System.

As a Recovery Coordinator for Change Grow Live, you will work with people who need our support, helping them get to where they want to be, working in partnership with Falkirk Council and NHS.

Responsibilities

To engage people who have substance use problems and provide them with advice, support and recovery focused structured interventions to support their recovery and primary health care needs.

Being flexible, curious and a good listener are key, to help ensure we treat everyone who accesses our service as an individual.

Recording information is an important part of what you will do, so enjoying paperwork and having a good attention to detail are important. Most of the time, however you will get to enjoy working with people from all backgrounds, making a difference to theirs and their families lives.

Here are quotes from some of our current Recovery Coordinators:

I like the team spirit, that we all bring something different and we always put the people who use our service first”.

Seeing people move in their treatment journey and seeing a zest in life coming back in their lives is so rewarding”.

And a quote from a service user:

Me and my key worker get on really well and this benefits me, coming to Change Grow Live gives me stability

Our values are to be compassionate, open, and bold. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
