The Administration Assistant plays a pivotal role within the fundraising team building relationships with our supporters and supporting our fundraising team to raise vital funds. The main purpose of this role is to deliver excellent customer service to our supporters from the beginning of their journey with Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland.

Our processes need to be as efficient and effective as possible to help build lasting relationships through written and verbal communication with our supporters and ensure efficient administration of donations and maintaining accurate data on our CRM system.

Good educational standard preferably English and Mathematics. In addition, excellent ICT skills in Office 365, experience of Raisers Edge (or other Customer Relationship Management system), the ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines are essential.

This is a blended role - Head Office at Hobart House 3 days and from home 2 days a week.
