Are you searching for a position with purpose? A role to make a real difference? Where your time can be transformational?
Join an award-winning charity and passionate team dedicated to ensuring the country’s most vulnerable young people are defined by their talent and never their circumstances. Our in-school mentoring has profound impacts on mentees in their confidence, wellbeing, achievement and post-school progression. MCR Mentors make and experience a life changing difference.
MCR Pathways is a national, award-winning mentoring programme dedicated to addressing the long-standing inequality in education outcomes, career opportunities and life chances for young people in care and those experiencing vulnerability or disadvantage.
We are recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive to help develop our channels and implement our marketing campaigns. The role is ideally suited to someone with digital marketing experience looking for a new challenge in a growing charity organisation. It comes with responsibility and would suit a candidate who enjoys making a difference and applying their skills to help positively impact the lives of young people.
You will take the lead on social media and digital marketing for MCR Pathways, using your knowledge of tools, metrics and successful strategies to reach audiences through a variety of channels. From content creation and social media planning to online ad coordination and performance reporting, you will be decisive and detail-driven in pursuit of MCR Pathways’ objectives. You will have an up-to-date and ever evolving understanding of trends and best practices in digital marketing, to help MCR take advantage of new opportunities.
Working closely with colleagues across the Marketing and Digital Services teams, you will play a vital role in driving our recruitment of volunteer mentors across the country, and in developing awareness of the impact of MCR Pathways’ award-winning mentoring programme across new and existing stakeholders. Imagination, consistency, accuracy and determination will be key attributes for finding success in the role.
If you have any questions about the role, please contact Lewis Camley, National Marketing Manager, on lewis.camley@mcrpathways.org.
