Supporter Experience Manager

Role

The Supporter Experience Manager will plan and lead the implementation of excellent supporter experiences across the Scottish SPCA. The role will work cross-departmentally to facilitate the transformation of supporter journeys and improve the experience for supporters across all of our touchpoints in the organisation. As the Scottish SPCA launches an ambitious 10-year vision including an ambition to increase income by £3 million annually by 2032 this role plays a critical function in driving income and instilling increased loyalty from communities across Scotland.

*Please note you do not have to have specific experience to do this post but transferable skills are a must. This would also suit an experienced Fundraiser looking to switch discipline / focus on a different area of work.
