You will be part of Scotland’s leading charity providing support to people with chest, heart and stroke conditions to live life to the full again. Our Hospital to Home services form a nationwide network of local support groups, nurses, volunteers and one-to-one support teams helping families adjust to life with a heart or lung condition or after a stroke.
As Head of Communications you will be leading a talented team covering all aspects of communications from press and social media, to design and content creation.
You will have an influential role in our work to convince people to support our ambition to make sure that no life is half lived, influence vital stakeholders, grow the reach of our services and celebrate the contribution everyone makes to our work.
You will be accountable for ensuring that the charity’s communications are emotive, person-centred and connect with the right audience. The role will be responsible for fostering a creative culture that ensures the charity’s public profile remains high, that we grow our influence among key decisions makers and we meet our ambitious income generation and campaigns targets.
