Role

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for making sure our service is great for our veg box subscribers.

You’ll be responsible for all things customer facing including managing our small customer service team who answer phones and emails to assist current and potential customers with their queries or issues. Thanks to new software this function is much reduced with customers able to make changes to their orders and book weeks off through their online account. As such we mostly hear from people when they want to find out more or when things have gone wrong and need made right.

Working with our own growers and preferred suppliers you’ll decide what goes in veg boxes each week and maintain our stock levels of other groceries and subscriptions. You’ll impart passion and excitement of local, organic seasonal produce onto our customers, team and potential customers through activities including social media and newsletters.

All of this is aimed to increase customer satisfaction and retention as well as attract new customers and encourage them to buy more of their food from us.

You will have a very close working relationship with our Veg Box Fulfilment Manager who will take over the management of all things warehouse, packing and delivery.
