Enterprise
Our Enterprise Youth Development Leads help young people aged 18-30 to learn about self-employment and to decide whether starting a business is right for them. We ensure young people have the tools and skills they need to launch their businesses through our Explore Enterprise Course and offer mentoring, workshops, 1;1 support and funding to support new entrepreneurs at every stage of their business start-up journey.
This role is perfect for you if you have skills and experience in self-employment and are passionate about supporting young entrepreneurs to develop their businesses.
Key parts of this role will include:
Health and Social Care
Our Health and Social Care Youth Development Leads support young people aged 16-30 throughout their whole Prince's Trust journey by exploring the sector through training sessions, and work in partnership with delivery partners and NHS Boards to support young people reach positive destinations within the industry. This role would be perfect for you if you have a passion for the health and social care industry, strong communication and admin skills and have experience of the NHS or Health and Social Care sector in any capacity,

Explore and Employability
Our Explore and employability Youth Development Leads will focus on supporting young people into employment. You will ideally have a background in personal and social development and employment skills or have the experience or transferable skills to support cohorts of young people into employment. Last year, we helped more than 70,000 young people, with three in four young people on our programmes, move into work, education or training.
The young people we help face a range of challenges, such as unemployment, mental health issues or some have been in trouble with the law. Our job is to inspire and support young people, to help them reach their potential so that they can thrive and society can prosper.
