Overview

A new opportunity has become available for a Recovery Coordinator with a specialist interest in groups within our Forth Valley service. The post is one year fixed term to cover Maternity Leave.

As a Recovery Coordinator with Change Grow Live, you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be. This post specifically will support the delivery CGL's groupwork programme as well as one to one key working support.

Responsibilities

With this role you’ll be working as part of CGL groupwork programme to support service users to move forward in their recovery.

Each group we deliver is tailored to meet a service users’ needs at any point in their recovery journey and having an understanding of how to manage different group settings and dynamics is desirable.

The team is led by a Senior Groupworker who will provide direct support and guidance to this role.

You’ll have to record information about what you do, so enjoying a bit of paperwork and attention to detail is important. But most of the time you’ll be enjoying working with people from all backgrounds, making a difference to their lives.
