We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity to support individuals from across Scotland to access Phoenix Futures Scottish Residential Rehabilitation service;

The Trainee Recovery Worker role provides both training and experience, for an individual looking to join the sector.

Ideally you will have some experience of working with people with multiple needs including addiction, and have knowledge of residential rehabilitation and the importance of strengthening recovery capital.

You will work within the team actively supporting individuals accessing the residential programme and their families; for example offering guidance, assisting with assessments, co-facilitation of group interventions.
