RAMH Causeway Integrated Services work in Partnership to provide a range of holistic group and individual supports to enable people on their recovery journey. We provide a range of specialist and practical support services including employability, community-based groups and individual support. An opportunity has arisen to develop your leadership skills and management knowledge within our well-respected community services.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual who has experience and looking to expand their leadership and management skills. As the part time co-ordinator you will work closely with the service manager to ensure that the quality tasks within the service are maintained and developed further, to ensure the consistent delivery of our service. This will include clear communication with all stakeholders; an understanding of outcomes and the importance of monitoring auditing and reviewing service delivery; developing supervisory skills; ability to be able to manage risk within the community and a desire to increase your knowledge of, both local and national, mental health strategies.
Training:
Appropriate individual mentorship, training, feedback and supervision will be provided support you to develop in this role.
