Role

Introduction

Teapot Trust seeks to be a recognised and respected leader in Creative Health. The charity provides a UK wide programme of art therapy in hospitals, online and in community settings to support the mental health of children and young people living with chronic, physical conditions and their families. In our 11 year history, we’ve supported around 13,000 children and young people.

About the role

We are seeking a Projects Manager to coordinate art therapy delivery around the UK. The post-holder will coordinate the work of a team of self-employed art therapists and manage the project budgets. They will widen access to our art therapy through hospitals and other referring partners as well as growing self-referrals direct from families. Other key aspects to the role are overseeing the growth of the charity’s stakeholder groups – medical professionals and young voices.

This is a key role within a mutually supportive staff team and it is an exciting time to be joining the charity. The role reports to the Chief Executive. Understanding/experience of chronic illness would be advantageous and an empathy with our cause is crucial.

Teapot Trust is a Disability Confident employer.
