There has never been a more exciting time to join the RAMH team as its new HR Officer. In this stand-alone role, you will be responsible for the co-ordination, administration, and maintenance of RAMH HR policies and systems (People Inc / Deputy), for which full training will be given.
Although this is a generalist HR role, a particular focus of the role will be to take the lead on delivering the RAMH recruitment and retention strategy, as well as taking an active role in supporting the development of the new RAMH ‘Our People’ strategy.
The HR Officer is directly responsible to and works closely with the Corporate Services Manager, ensuring that timeous reports and any HR-related issues/concerns are raised without delay.
If you are looking for that next step up in your HR career, and/or have a strong background in recruitment, and you have at least a CIPD Level 3/5 qualification and a desire to develop as an HR professional, then this is the role for you!
