Recovery Scotland is a charity dedicated to providing a range of recovery focussed services for people affected by addictions. We provide opportunities to help people change their addictive behaviours, engage with recovery communities and fulfil their aspirations. We are starting a new chapter in our organisation’s journey and are looking to appoint an Income Generation and Business Development Manager to develop and implement our mid-to-long term fundraising, business development, and communication strategies.

You will have

  • A recognised professional qualification to a minimum of SVQ level 4 or equivalent.
  • Minimum three years of demonstrable experience and proven track record of successful fundraising.
  • Experience of writing tendering applications.
  • Experience of developing, implementing and managing income generation, business development and communications strategies.
  • The ability to work at strategic level in order to achieve desired outcomes.
  • The ability to work flexibly and creatively in motivating and supporting volunteers for fundraising activities.
  • A dynamic personality with the high level of professionalism and excellent persuasion and influencing skills.
