Role

Southside Housing Association Ltd is a charitable community controlled housing organisation. We own and manage approximately 2,200 houses and through our subsidiary company, SFARS, provide a factoring service, let affordable mid-market rent properties.

The Saffron Project provides a housing support service to young, single homeless people from a minority ethnic community. The young people are referred from a range of specialist agencies and are accommodated in self contained supported furnished flats in the south of Glasgow for six months to two years or longer. We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to provide leadership to the team and facilitate the continuous development and improvement of the service. The successful applicant will bring a wide range of experience in service delivery and management. The hours for this are flexible, so applications will be accepted from those wishing to be considered for a part time or full time position.
