Role

Supporting people in their own homes, and in our short breaks service

A great service for the people we support starts with employing great staff.

Our staff go the extra mile day in, day out to transform the lives of people we support, helping them lead the best lives, in their own homes in our communities and in our short breaks service.

We are based in, and around, Nairn and Inverness and due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our local teams, near you.

If you have the right skills, values and want a rewarding and exciting career then we want to hear from you.

Support Workers - £10.02- £10.58 per hour – a range of contracts available up to 35 hours per week

Support Workers help people we support live the lives they want, through high quality individualised support – as such every day is different in this challenging but rewarding role.

No experience is necessary to start your career as a Support Worker as full training and support will be given to help you achieve your potential. We have a range of contracts available to fit in with your life.

Relief Support Workers - £10.02 per hour

If you would like to get involved in support work but cannot commit to a contract due to other commitments, we also have opportunities to be part of our team as part of our relief register of bank/sessional support workers.

If you are caring, reliable, flexible and passionate about making a difference to people’s lives, as part of an amazing supportive team, then … you could be Key!

We support people 365 days a year, and staff work a range of shifts including evenings, night shift and weekends on a rota basis. Sleepovers may also be required for which an additional allowance of £10.02 per hour is paid.

We offer competitive terms and conditions, including 31 days annual leave, occupational sick pay, access to employee wellbeing services and pension scheme, excellent training, support and supervision as well as access to funded SVQ qualifications.
