Role

Order of Malta Dial-a-Journey Trust is Forth Valleys largest Community Transport Operator delivering over 25,000 passenger journeys a year on behalf of 3 local authorities, further education colleges, NHS Forth Valley, Health and Social Care Partnerships and a number of voluntary sector organisations.

We are looking to recruit a Service Delivery Supervisor to replace the current post holder who is leaving the organisation after a progressive career with us spanning more than 17 years.

The Service Delivery Supervisor will be a key member of the Management Team, whose role will be to ensure a number of teams continue to provide seamless and reliable services to our service users and funders.

The post holder will need to demonstrate examples of previous success in achieving this goal through the practical application of techniques and practices connected to staff supervision, systems development/compliance and start to finish service delivery practices.

We operate in what can be a fast paced and responsive environment that requires clear thinking and strong leadership qualities. In return, you will work in a rewarding environment, where the efforts of the team result in immediate and visible outcomes for service users.

While a professional qualification in any of the 3 fields is welcomed as an indication of your appetite for learning, practical hands on experience and an understanding of the ethos and objectives of the voluntary sector are particularly welcomed.
