Role

We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join the Phoenix Futures Scotland team and assist in leading our new and innovative National Specialist Family Service as Deputy Manager.

As a specialist addiction recovery charity and housing association, we have developed considerable expertise and support our clients and families at all stages of their recovery.

Once the service opens in Summer 2022 you will manage the day to day running of the Therapeutic Community programme and lead your multidisciplinary team to ensure high quality recovery focused delivery of a wide range of interventions which include a focus on individual and family development, recovery, parenting and health & well-being etc. As well overseeing assessment and referral planning, and ensuring robust continuity of care support packages are in place for after a family completes the programme.

You will have experience of working with people and/or families with multiple needs including addiction and have a working knowledge of family interventions and support. Having experience of developing and nurturing partnerships to ensure robust pathways and support are in place to ensure our family’s needs are fully met. You will also have a clear understanding of Care Inspectorate Standards, deputising for the Registered Manager as required and ensuring high quality service delivery in line with standards. You will be a passionate, motivating and nurturing leader.
