Sleep Scotland was established in 1998 to help support the needs of children with additional support needs, who often struggle to sleep. We are the leading provider of sleep support, training and resources in the UK. We work with professionals, families and employers to promote healthy sleep for everyone.
Our Teens+ service works alongside Sleep Scotland, to provide people with additional support needs to thrive by providing person centred education, life and social skills development through support in our centres and in the community. Our existing Teens+ service supports young adults with complex communication needs within our two centres, based in the south of Edinburgh.
We are launching an ambitious new strategic plan with aspiration to grow our existing services and develop new services that contribute to our purpose.
The Finance Business Partner will lead a change project in the organisation to ensure that our finance systems and processes continue to meet the highest standards.
Reporting to the CEO, you will work alongside our existing Finance Manager to review all aspects of our finances. You will advise the CEO on your recommendations and lead the agreed change process. You will also advise the CEO on opportunities to further the objectives of the charity, by providing strategic guidance and support to our growth plans.
