Role

The role of Customer Services Assistant is a vacant post within the Corporate Services and HR Team. The successful candidate will work alongside the Customer Services Officer to provide a high quality and efficient service at all times. Educated to National 5 (or Equivalent), they must have previous relevant administration experience within in a busy office environment and have experience in dealing with members of the public, including dealing with customer complaints. As a customer facing role, they must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbally. Competence in working with IT systems is required, including being competent in the use of MS Office. Previous experience in the Housing Sector, including dealing with repair requests, is desirable as is a current driving licence and the use of a car for work purposes.
