The Service
WDP Redbridge is an established, integrated community service delivered across several provisions in the Borough. The service consists of both clinical and psychosocial elements and is CQC registered to provide a range of clinical interventions including BBV and health interventions, OST, and community detox, as well as having family and carers and service user involvement provision.
The Role
We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, caring, person centred and passionate about supporting people with multiple needs to join our Outreach team. Essential to this role is the drive to support individuals to navigate often complex systems to get the support they need for substance misuse and their mental health condition.
The main purpose of this role is to provide assertive outreach in order to engage or re-engage with rough sleepers/street active individuals into treatment.
This exciting and rewarding role will provide you with significant scope for growth and innovation within a supportive and friendly multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical professionals.
Location
The role is predominantly based Ilford Chambers and will work across various sites in Redbridge.
