Head of Fundraising

Role

We are looking for a talented and diligent Fundraising Professional who will lead our Fundraising Team to deliver our annual revenue target (currently circa £1M) and contribute to our capital income target. You will also develop and deliver a strategy to grow sustainable income over time, bringing specialist expertise and experience across several income streams including Individual Giving, In-Memory fundraising, Legacies, Corporate, Community Fundraising and Events. More generally, you will work to develop relationships with supporters across Ayrshire, with the overall aim of raising funds and increasing the profile of the Charity.

The role will include the engagement and recruitment of new supporters and the development of long-term relationships through excellent stewardship. You will be expected to draw on your experience of developing relationships with a wide range of people to ensure that Ayrshire Cancer Support is the beneficiary of choice across all fundraising activities.
