This is a very exciting time to join the Edinburgh Skylight Team as we begin planning a move to new premises. We are currently recruiting for an Administration Manager to transition our team through this office move and oversee the core administrative functions across the service, including learning, coaching, events, our local Crisis at Christmas offer and our reception.
About the role
As Administration Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that you are positive member of the local management team and will provide direction and support for all local events. You will also be responsible for developing and overseeing local financial processes such as petty case and processing of invoices.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record of developing, implementing and managing processes and procedures to support a multi-disciplinary team contributing to effective service delivery. You will also have proven line management experience and an ability to work cooperatively as part of a team in a busy and pressurised environment. Experience of managing a diverse reception and providing excellent customer service is essential.
This is a 12 month fixed term role.
