As a part of Change Grow Live team, you’ll help people get to where they want to be and make a difference in their lives.
The Volunteering Team Leads role is essential in developing a strong volunteering offer within our services. Volunteers are an invaluable and integral part of our staff team, they are a vital support to staff as well as enhancing our service offer by contributing a variety of different skills, knowledge and experience to those who use our services.
You will be working in close collaboration with the management, staff and service users to identify how volunteers can support staff and enhance the service user experience, ensuring that volunteers and volunteering brings value to our service.
The post holder will recruit, train, support and place a diverse range of volunteers within projects and the wider community.
Once placed you will be responsible for ensuring their placements promote personal growth and development. This will be achieved through the direct delivery of training and identifying learning opportunities for our volunteers.
