An exciting and varied new role has been created to support the CEO and Executive Team to deliver on the Commission’s strategic business plans and priorities.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, the role requires an experienced manager who can operate across delegated areas of responsibility including transformation, preparing business cases for change, designing and delivering change projects, reviewing lean ways of working and efficiencies, performance management, gathering and presenting data and supporting and guiding newly established performance governance arrangements and taking forward other delegated work areas on behalf of the CEO and Executive Team.
The post will be concerned with influencing and developing others and there will be significant negotiation and partnership working with staff, peers and wider stakeholders.
You should be a seasoned professional, educated to degree level or equivalent level of experience and have significant knowledge in the specialist areas of business change and improvement gained through extensive experience of successfully implementing change and improvement methodologies/systems in a complex organisation. This will be coupled with significant analytical, interpretative and creative/innovative problem solving skills.
