Are you an experienced administrator, comfortable with financial information and developing spreadsheets? If so we want to hear from you.
We need someone to help develop this vital service and ensure its ongoing success for some of Scotland’s most vulnerable children and young people.
At Aberlour Attain, working in partnership with Renfrewshire Council, we bring together vulnerable children and young people with a mentor to build a consistent and trusting relationship and improve their opportunities. The focus in every mentoring relationship will be on developing the relationship, recognising and building their strengths, and providing support and encouragement to deal with difficult and challenging situations in their lives. This service is currently funded through the attainment fund until the 31st March 2022, outcomes of the service will be reviewed to assess ongoing funding.
As a Service Administrator you will support the service with general and financial administrative tasks including the co-ordination of recruitment paperwork for volunteers joining the service. You will have administrative experience gained through working within a busy office. You will be comfortable working with Microsoft Office packages including Excel. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills.
You will ideally have a relevant professional qualification at SCQF level 7 or equivalent experience.
