Role

Are you passionate about supporting young people who have experienced disadvantage to realise their potential? Can you work in school as part of a dedicated national team to support young people to get the very best from the education system? If so, this role may be for you.

At MCR, our driving force is simple – that young people who are in, or on the edges of the care system, will have the same educational outcomes, career opportunities and life chances as any other young person.

MCR young people tell their stories far better than us. Hear them in their own words in these short films of young people who have participated in the programme, reflecting on how mentoring has helped them create better futures for themselves:

The successful candidate will primarily be based in the school, supporting and learning from existing teams.
