Senior Support Worker - Young Person with Autism & a Learning Disability

  • Based on 37.5 hours per week. Additional £94.05 per sleepover (9 hours) Part-time or full-time (hours negotiable) Salary pro rata for part time.

Role

Support a young person to live their life to the fullest through developing their independence, promoting their health & wellbeing, and engaging in a variety of activities within their home & community.

Work within a committed and creative team that will provide you with comprehensive training and ongoing support within the role, including a focus on your professional development.

The role will be mostly 1:1 support work, where you will be required to plan and organise activities for you and the young person throughout the day

You will have the opportunity to enrol in a pension scheme with contributions from the employer. You will also receive an annual leave entitlement based on the number of hours in your contract.

A PVG check will be carried out on successful candidates and there will be a 3-month probation period.
