Role

This role is for an experienced health and safety professional who will provide a comprehensive technical, professional and management support service to the Church of Scotland General Trustees. Working with those based locally in Presbyteries and congregations to ensure legal compliance for the management and decision-making processes with their properties, specifically in the areas of health and safety, regulatory compliance and risk management.

The Church is one of Scotland’s largest charities this role provides the opportunity to handle a wide and interesting range of work. As the first point of contact you will be advising and making recommendations to help with improvement and compliance.

Along with your qualifications and commitment to CDP, your enthusiasm and communication skills will allow you to make positive working relationships so that you can explain, influence and advocate with a wide range of people often in complex situations.
