RYA Scotland seeks to expand board directors with new roles.
RYA Scotland is one of the foremost volunteer-led Sport Governing Bodies in Scotland. We protect and promote the interests of Scotland’s boating community and the people across 165 RYA Affiliated Clubs, Class Associations and Training Centres across Scotland.
Our mission is to foster sustainable and inclusive people, places and communities who are empowered to develop themselves, support others, celebrate successes and share the enjoyment of boating in Scotland.
We deliver on our mission by focusing on people, places, communities, partnerships, and communication. Our activity is split into Performance, Participation and Development, Coaching and Training, Communications and Administration and Leadership.
Our strategy, People Places and Communities, 2022-2025provides much more detail on how we bring this work to life and can also be found on the About Us section of our website.
