  • Hours of Work: 35. Working Pattern: 9am - 4pm with one day 12-7pm and one weekend shift every 3 weeks.

Role

We are looking for enthusiastic people who share our values (Kind, Passionate and Creative) to join our services accommodating and supporting people experiencing homelessness and empowering them to thrive.

The support we provide is always person-centred, trauma-informed and wellbeing focused. As an Intensive Floating Support Worker, you’ll work in the community to provide a wide range of flexible intensive support to individuals to encourage independence to maintain and sustain a tenancy and adapt to community life.

You will already be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council and hold an HNC or SCQF level 6 or 7 in Social Care.

This is a temporary post with opportunity to extend. You will provide a high-quality service compatible to the assessed needs of each individual to identify, plan and facilitate intensive support, enabling appropriate all-round tailored support for the people we work with.
