These services together with our national programme work in See Me, respectme, suicide prevention and active living; inform our policy and campaign work to influence positive social change. SAMH is dedicated to mental health and wellbeing for all: with a vision of a society where people are able to live their lives fully, regardless of present or past circumstances.

For Scotland’s Mental Health

About the Role

Do you want to deliver exciting, creative, fun and inspiring corporate partnerships with notable businesses? Do you want to contribute to growing SAMH’s fundraising income and support the mental health of people across Scotland? Do you want to join an ambitious, friendly and highly successful team?

We have an exciting opportunity to join SAMH’s award winning Corporate Partnerships team! We are looking for a confident communicator who is target driven, thrives at building relationships, is a supportive team player and, ultimately, wants to make a difference for people across Scotland and their mental health.

What we are looking for

The successful candidate will be responsible for account managing a portfolio of mutually beneficial partnerships (including with our sister charities, Inspire and Mind), building strong long lasting relationships with corporate supporters and maximising income generation.

At SAMH, people are our biggest asset and, through their dedication, skills, compassion and resilience we are proud to provide recovery focused support and help to people across Scotland. Join us and be part of Scotland’s largest mental health charity.

Our ideal candidate doesn’t necessarily have fundraising experience. However, they can demonstrate transferable skills and an interest in a fundraising career.

What we will provide for you

  • Reimbursement of Basic Disclosure
  • Funded continuous learning and development opportunities, access to over 100 courses online in addition to classroom and virtual training sessions
  • 30 days annual leave rising to 33 after 5 years’ service
  • 4 public holidays
