In support of this project we are looking for a highly organised and professional administrator who can help the Energy team with the provision of essential administrative support on a fixed term contract until March 2024.

An ability to work analytically and efficiently coordinate data and provide regular reporting on key performance areas of the project.

Maintaining confidentiality is a key attribute for this role in addition to ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, effectively and to a high standard. You must be able to cope with routine and challenging situations, using your initiative and working with discretion and diplomacy.

At CHAS, staff and volunteers work together as one team, focused on the common goal of reaching every family in Scotland who needs our support. All CHAS staff will at some point work with or alongside volunteers and will be expected to support volunteers.

A commitment to CHAS core values, vision and purpose is essential.
