Role

Hours: 27 hours East Renfrewshire Wide

7.5 hours Renfrewshire Wide

(to be worked as the service requires)

We are looking for an individual(s) who has a proven background in developing and delivering Physical Health and Wellbeing Activities. You should have a clear understanding of the links between mental and physical health, Government policy in relation to this, and a range of practical skills in this area. In addition, you need to be a good team player with enthusiasm and skill in a range of physical and wellbeing activities who is motivated to develop excellent community partnerships with Physical Health and other providers.

Ideally you will have, or be working towards an SVQ level 3 or HNC in a relevant area, or equivalent certification in Physical Health related activity. You will have an understanding of mental health issues and will be able to support individuals to access appropriate physical health activities to support their recovery. This (or these) posts covers East Renfrewshire and Renfrewshire.
