Role

We have two exciting opportunities to work with us and help make a difference as Project Management Office (PMO) Co-ordinators. You will be working with a great team centrally, ensuring efficient portfolio and programme management across Sustrans Scotland.

Within this position you will provide support across our Programmes (Strategic Partnerships, Behaviour Change, Places for Everyone, Network Development and CoDesign), helping them to deliver efficiently.

You will co-ordinate, monitor and develop systems and processes that enable effective delivery including programme/project planning, milestone management, reporting, budgets, risk and issues, resources information and evaluation.

You will build and manage relationships with key people such as Heads of Departments and managers as well as other teams to share information, ideas and improve ways of working. You will be working as part of a wider team of PMO Co-ordinators that play a critical role in supporting delivery and work closely with the PMO Manager.

We offer true hybrid working, a flexible mix of working from home and occasional travel to a nearby office hub. Candidates ideally should be based within reasonable travelling distance from Edinburgh or Glasgow.

About you

You will be skilled in designing and implementing project/programme management processes and systems, bringing transferable skills from this and similar environments.

You will demonstrate the ability to build relationships with ease across a wide range of people, identifying barriers and finding solutions that enable us to work more efficiently.

You will have experience in developing systems to support budget, information, resource and risk and issue management and be exceptionally organised, solutions focused and enjoy working collaboratively.
