Third Sector Dumfries and Galloway’s vision is to improve the quality of life of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged people and communities in Dumfries and Galloway, by working in partnership with third sector organisations and public sector agencies.

The Business Support Team is responsible for supporting TSDG core business activities thus enabling engagement and relationship-building to flourish across the third sector community in Dumfries and Galloway.

We are looking for an experienced administrator who is highly organised, who demonstrates keen attention to detail, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Business Support Co-ordinator will deputise for the Business Manager and provide administrative support to the Finance and HR functions of TSDG in addition to providing core business and ad hoc project support.

The business support co-ordinator is also the first port of call for people contacting TSDG by phone, email or in person. A friendly and professional manner is essential, and the role requires initiative and a pro-active approach to work.
