Young Persons Support and Trauma Worker

  • Salary: £23,469 raising to £25,255 after successful completion of probationary period. Hours: 30 hours per week fixed term until September 2024 with possibility of extension subject to availability of funding.
  • Holiday Entitlement: 33 Days plus 5 Public Holidays (rising to 36 Days after 3 years’ service). Pension: Employer contribution at 6% to pension fund.

Role

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in providing support to people using trauma informed support skills and have a sound knowledge of the impact of rape, sexual abuse and exploitation on survivors.
