Role
Hillcrest Homes is a registered charitable Social Landlord with stock across Angus, Dundee, Edinburgh, Fife, Perth and Kinross and Aberdeen. We have a significant ongoing new build development programme, especially in Aberdeen, and our aim is to provide good quality affordable homes.
This is a temporary post for 12 months and may be considered on a Secondment basis.
Hillcrest operates on a hybrid working approach, meaning you will split your time between working in the office and working from home.
About the Role
As a Housing Assistant, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the Housing Officers
- Be a member of the Aberdeen Housing Team carrying out a hybrid role in Aberdeen and at home
- Provide advice and assistance to customers on all aspects of housing including allocations and tenancy matters and carry out a varied admin role
- Provide administrative support to These Homes, North East Scotland (NES) one day per week
You Will:
- Be qualified to Level 5 of the Scottish Qualification Framework (SCQF) in a subject relevant to the post
- Have previous experience of working in a busy face paced environment
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Be enthusiastic, confident, flexible and highly motivated
- Have previous experience of working in the Housing Sector or similar
- Have excellent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

The Water Row Company is a subsidiary of the Govan Housing Group, which consists of Govan Housing Association as the parent company and their existing, well-established subsidiary company, the Home Team which carries out repairs and maintenance. Established in 2023, the Water Row Company is responsible for the management of third-party provider lets, mid-market properties at Water Row; commercial units and student accommodation.
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Co-ordinator to oversee the daily operations, working both in the office and out on site. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll deliver proactive, high-quality service that builds on our success and keeps us moving forward, maximising value and driving first class KPI performance. You will be responsible for rental income management and arrears; tenancy and estate management; raising and managing repairs; allocation and void management; tenancy sustainment; anti-social and behavioural management as well as general administration duties across all departments.
You will have previous experience in property management or in a related field, with a keen eye for detail to maintain high standards across all properties. With strong IT and organisational skills as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, you will have a proactive, motivated approach to work, with minimum supervision. Ideally, we would like you to have completed the LETWELL Programme, however we would be willing to provide full training to the right candidate.

Manor Estates Housing Association is seeking to recruit a full-time Finance Officer to join our busy Corporate Services team of 8. They will be working with the Senior Finance Officer to manage the Purchase and Nominal Ledgers, reconcile the bank and rent accounts, produce Management accounts and process payroll.
