About the Role

We are delighted to be recruiting to the role of Customer Experience (CX) Assistant to join our Customer Experience Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join at a time of growth and development within Hanover.

As Customer Experience (CX) Assistant you will support the delivery of CX improvement initiatives to provide an excellent customer experience whilst supporting our customers to engage with Hanover and give feedback to improve our services. Duties will include:

  • Assist and support tenants and employees with customer engagement initiatives.
  • Support tenants to set up and maintain Registered Tenants’ Organisations, including providing start-up grants and associated administration.
  • Maintain and update the Register of Tenants’ Organisations to meet the requirements of the Scottish Government.
  • Organise, administer and attend customer engagement groups and events.
  • Assisting the Volunteering Coordinator to deliver the Volunteering plan.
  • Manage petty cash for customer and volunteer events.
  • Support customers to access digital services within Hanover.
  • Provide administrative support, including the preparation of reports, taking minutes and answering customer enquiries.

About You

  • Solid experience of working in an office environment and dealing with customer enquiries.
  • Experience of supporting events and working with tenant or resident groups would be desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Excellent administrative skills including note taking, providing accurate records of meetings and use of IT systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload and work to deadlines.
  • Good reporting and project management skills.
