Role

You join us at an exciting time as we continue to play our part in helping Scotland's children and families recover from the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic. We are a dynamic charity focussed on leading transformational change for children so that they stay safe, happy and well in their own families and communities.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy People and Culture team which is going through a period of technological change and development.

The main duties and responsibilities include:

· Support the People, Culture and Learning Advisor in administrative side of learning

· Manage L&D data, correspondence and enquiries

· Coordinate virtual and face to face learning events

· Maintain Learning Management systems and reports

· Contribute proactively to People and Culture team’s day-to-day job

To be considered for this opportunity you must have:

· Previous experience in an administrative role

· Experience working with deadlines and prioritising workloads

· Attention to detail and commitment to high degree of accuracy

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Base

You will be office based in Edinburgh with some hybrid working. Occasional travel to other Children 1st bases might be required.

Further Information

This is a permanent, part time role of 17.5 hours per week.
