About Scottish Centre for Conflict Resolution
Family relationship breakdown is one of the biggest causes of youth homelessness.
We work with young people and families experiencing conflict which is affecting their relationships and lives, including providing mediation and activities. We also provide free training and events which support professionals to better understand conflict, emotional needs and relationships.
About the role
The Emotional Health and Wellbeing Lead is a new post created to ensure that we are able to continue to evolve our work and extend our reach. The postholder will be responsible for taking forward our work with children and young people within Cyrenians’ Scottish Centre for Conflict Resolution (SCCR). The role will deliver on our earlier intervention strategy to tackle youth homelessness and our work to transform the emotional and human cost of conflict.

About you
You’ll be passionate about conflict resolution, with experience in research, psychology and creative practices which empower children and/or young people to engage and participate in activities. You’ll enjoy working with children and young people, and have experience in delivering engaging and meaningful activities in a values-led manner.
