Working within our advice and advocacy service, the Advocacy Worker will support and empower individuals in the asylum community to express their views, wishes and choices as they rebuild their lives in Glasgow. The Advocacy Worker will ensure that individuals are able to remain as involved as possible in all decisions which affect their and their families lives.
Our ideal candidate will have a person centred approach to providing support and have a good knowledge of the rights and entitlements of individuals and families in the asylum community.
This is a great opportunity to join a vibrant, dedicated team working in a diverse community.
