Role

Barnardo's Scotland have a fantastic opportunity for an innovative and creative leader to take a significant role in the development of the Dundee Cross-Sector Alliance, a strategic partnership that is collectively committed to the delivery of the aspirations and principles of ‘the Promise' and associated National Whole Family Support Principles in Dundee.

The Integrated Family Support Hub (IFSH) Development Manager role represents an exciting opportunity to lead an ambitious development activity that will sit at the heart of the Alliance (strategic partnership) Delivery Plan.

The post holder will be creative, ambitious on behalf of children and families, adept in building positive relationships across organisations and with children and families, and who displays a range of wider leadership qualities.

The successful individual will be hosted (employed) by Barnardo's on behalf of the Dundee Alliance and they will report directly to the Alliance Group in respect of their activity.
