Come and join our Business Support team, providing essential administrative support to our counselling services that make a real difference to children and adults across Edinburgh and the Lothians.

In the Counselling & Recovery roles, you will be one of the first points of contact for our CrossReach Counselling East services that provide a wide range of individual and family therapeutic support and counselling, as well as our Confidential Conversations service for organisations and workplaces. For the Sunflower Garden role, you’ll support our service that helps children and young people affected by parental drug or alcohol use.

In these roles, you will work closely with the rest of our Business Support team to handle phone and email enquiries, provide administrative support and complete health and safety tasks.
